Puppy purchase agreement information.
PLEASE READ before inquiring about a puppy.
At Noreasterwinds Labradors we try to do everything possible to breed the
healthiest, most socialized puppies available. Each litter is planned months and months
in advance and are designed to produce an improvement in each generation. The
pick dog from each litter is always breeder retained.
As a general rule, I have a waiting list for each litter. Every home requires a little
different trait from their future puppy. Therefore, matches between puppy and
new families are made by me. As the breeder, spending hours with the babies
each day from the moment they are born to until they are ready for you at 8 wks.,
I generally know all the little differences in personalities. The puppy that may
excel in the agility ring---is probably not the best match for a family with a
toddler---and the couch potato puppy is probably not the right dog for those
looking for the next Master Hunter.
Once I have exchanged verbal sale by phone or email, and received your check as a down payment and/or exchanged the litter information with you, and you have provided all your
information to me---and you decide you would like to reserve a puppy from a current
litter our agreement is final and your obligation to follow through in the purchase
of a Noreasterwinds puppy definite. My deposits are non refundable. This is because once
I "reserve" a puppy for you, I will turn away "any" other inquiries for that puppy.
Therefore I expect that you are done shopping in return and will have your puppy
paid for in full (final payment must be cash) by the pick up time of 8wks. of age.
Puppies go home having their first shot, wormed numerous times, exposed
to sleeping in a crate, and drinking and eating well. I expose the puppies
to many sights, sounds, and surfaces so that you will get a puppy properly
exposed to these foundation experiences.
